Today I interviewed Jennifer and Jeramy at Valentine Restaurant & Bar. I love the romantic atmosphere and food at Valentine. I even learned a little about wine pairing. The interview will be posted soon, so keep checking the site.
I love cruising the aisles of World Market. There you can experience nicknacks from around the World. I always enjoy learning something new during my shopping experience. And I appreciate the sounds of world music beating down the aisles. They have something for every room in your house. My husband loves the Ginger Beer, and I’ve been experimenting with the Tandoori marinade. I also buy my wonderful Geranium Meyer’s Cleaning Products there. World Market is located at 9240 Rosedale Hwy.
My first Bakersfield 4th of July…not to Shabby. ☺ I enjoyed the celebration with new friends. It was a patriotic event with a delicious meal, the chicken was mouthwatering, and the desserts were pleasing to my palate. We played Apples to Apples inside and outside they swam and played croquet. The evening ended with a Bang as we watched fireworks from the street. It was a great evening but I missed having BBQ, a Texas 4th of July staple, and was surprised that everyone popped fireworks in the residential streets.
I must apply these things before hitting the door. The Dior Mascara lengthens my eye lashes, for more volume. The Sephora Lip Gloss gives me just enough shine and shimmer. And the La Mer moisturizer is heaven in a jar. It gives my face that dewy feel I love.
