I found Prosciutto! When I first moved here everyone raved about Luigi’s, so one Saturday, we checked them out. We didn’t expect to wait for seating but we did, and the Parma Prosciutto Sandwich was worth the wait. I love Prosciutto and was so happy to find it here. Luigi’s is a Bakersfield Icon. Their family run restaurant and deli have been in business since 1910. The deli gives you a taste of Italy. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Check out the hours.
